I have been singing all my life (I’m nearly 27 now) but only in choirs, musicals and small shows. I’m looking to find a band I can sing with either as a backing vocalist or lead vocalist. I studied music performance at the academy of contemporary music and have studied and sung a wide range of genres including rock, jazz, classical, punk, blues, RnB, soul, reggae, pop and country so my voice is quite versatile. I can harmonise with any melody or singer but I cannot sight read confidently however I am learning and I can memorise melodies and lyrics quickly.
I prefer singing anything soulful that allows me to harmonise, use vibrato and sing vocal licks or anything with a catchy or beautiful melody.
