I am a young performer who prefers performing vocals for music of the soul, rock and roll and funk genres. However I love performing in an acoustic setting as well. I have performed in a 16 piece soul band and a 5 piece cover band in the past as well as an acoustic duo. I have loved performing in all of these and have lead these performances with an entertaining show as the showmanship is just as important as the quality of music.

Influences
My taste in music varies. I have three main influences. The first is Elvis Presley. His entertaining performance style and charisma are something that I’ve always tried to reflect in my performances.
The second is James Brown. A master of the soul genre and the spectacle of a show that he puts on is exciting and enticing. He creates a fun atmosphere which is essential.
The third is Stevie Wonder. An absolute icon whose voice is exceptional. I have performed many Stevie Wonder songs in the past from ‘I wish’ to ‘Master Blaster’ to the classic ‘Superstitious’. His vocals are always on point and his creation of music is inspiring to me.
