I'm a singer/songwriter and currently perform solo or in a duo with a bassist friend. I play my own songs, which are sometimes very personal, sometimes about curious subjects. Style is contemporary folk and as a duo we use vocal harmonies. I/we perform regularly at open mics and sometimes as the main act with a longer set. I'm mostly focused on live performance, but I have a lot of recording experience and some moderately good home studio equipment.
I'm looking for a singer and/or other instrumentalists. My own vocals are ok, but I'd really like to work with a better singer and use more vocal harmonies. Also, adding another instrument would make things very interesting. Song writing and lyrics are very important. I write all my own songs at the moment, but I'm very open to other songwriters or collaborators. I'd also be interested in performing occasional covers.
