If you feel like punching an innocent baby in the face every time you’re exposed to the likes of Meshuggah, Skindred, Justice, Pendulum, Noisia, Dizzee Rascal, Aphex Twin, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy etc, lemme know - we need to hook up and make music together ASAP! I'm looking to combine the heaviness of Meshuggah's low as f**k tunings (minus the complexity) with big beat bleeps/squeakz of electronic dance music. Not nessesarily looking for a full time vocalist as this will prolly be more sample based than anything, though very open to it. Would love to hook up with a funky driven bass player that is interested in traditional sounds as well as synth bass and doubling up with keys etc....Also v keen for a solid drummer....specially one that could play to a click if need be....electronic kit or triggers might be nice too! I'm loving rasta vocals over dnb atm ala Skindred and $pyda. I love my heavy stomps, especially when Converge rip one out, and would like this hybrid of heavy weighted funky grooves to be able to make people dance as well as mosh. When I play live I go nuts, regardless if there is 2 people there or 2000! I managed my last band and am very business savvy and a promotional beast. I believe in my/our music and always do everything I can to get it out there in order to hopefully live off of it one day :) I am new to London and am hungry to meet some like minded people! I currently work a few days a week so I can dedicate the rest of my time to writing and playing. My main instrument (live) is guitar though in the studio I love programming drums and synths etc.
Check out my myspace for (old) audio and more information! I have a lot more uploaded there than here.
