My name is Jonathan Lees. I would like a Drummer, a Lead Guitarist, a Singer, and perhaps a Keyboard player. Come and help me make a fun band. I have played Bass semi-pro in 4 piece band once a month or less in the Midlands of England up to lockdown in 2020, and haven't played since. I now need some other musicians to jam with and make excellent music together in North Wales. Perhaps we can do the odd gig once we are good enough. Help me to up my game. First lets meet up for a pint at The Black Cloak Taproom, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, where I regularly enjoy their great real ales. Ask for me there. If we get on well I have my own rehearsal room where we can practice.

Pop and Dance Music, mainly 70s era. Before Covid-19 lockdown mucked everything up I usually played what the audiences wanted in the midlands at clubs and festival venues. Typically well known Ballads in the first half and more Rock music to dance to in the second half. I would like to play more modern songs but not found many since the 1980's worth learning though. To save wasting your time do actually listen to the sample recordings above of me playing with various other musicians and singers properly, to make sure that my style of playing Bass is what you are expecting.
