ABOUT

New band (guitar/keys & guitar & bass) is looking for a female singer. We might add a drummer later if we find someone suitable. We are at the stage of writing and rehearsing with the plan to record an album and play gigs. Genre wise; mainly slow tempo with lead female vocals & male harmonies & lot of acoustic guitar with prerecorded drums & percussions. Our aim so to create music which would make people say “what the f##k was that?” rather than “nice”. We don’t really copy anyone but influences are Low, Velvet Underground, Sun Kil Moon, Bonnie Prince Billy, Elliott Smith, Mazzy Star etc. Basically songs with traditional structures but non-traditional production. We are rehearsing once a fortnight in Perth.
