Drummer looking to join a reggae band!
Ive played drums for around 15 years. When i started i was more of a funk/rock drummer but around 8 years ago i fell in love with reggae music. Since then reggae has been my main influence and passion when it comes to my drumming and the music i want to play. I can play all styles of reggae drumming, but i like to play roots and dub rhythms the most (one drop, rockers, steppers)
I have played in bands throughout this 15 years playing various different gigs, mainly in small venues/pubs in london such as “nambucca” “the water rats” “the workshop”
Ive recorded music with a couple of these past bands and also record music myself in my home studio (including drums)
Ive been looking for a while for a band that play reggae music but ive struggled to find members that have much of a love/passion for the genre, so if you are a london based reggae band looking for a drummer or you are a musician that wants to get a reggae band started then get in contact!

All reggae artists but biggest influences are “the skints” “katchafire” “gentleman” “alborosie”
Im a huge fan of reggae drummer “horseman” i take a lot of influence from his style
