Band to Join.ABOUT
Available for depping work or any other random musical projects (ideally with money involved!). I am already commited to a fairly hectic gigging schedule covering most weekends through the summer but there's the odd date spare.
I have experience playing most styles on guitar (maybe not that great at metal/shredding!) but you name it and I can generally give it a good go. I specialise in 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s covers and general cheesy funky discoy type stuff. Good at fitting in with rhythm section and not being too loud or flash (but do enjoy being a bit flash from time to time!).
Can read charts/dots but will always do my homework. Happy to rehearse with bands for dep gigs but equally comfortable/confident to just turn up and play.
The old vocal chords work well and if neccessary can turn my hand to a little alto sax playing.
Transport / reliable / sense of humour and no ego (well I'm a guitarist so perhaps just a small ego!) :-)
