I've recently moved to to the South of England and really got into guitar after an on and off relationship with the instrument for the past 10 years. Currently, I am relatively comfortable doing rhythm guitar and recently I started getting tutoring on how to play lead.
I would play best with a band which is not too serious, as I still work a 9-5 job. What I want to get out of this is to find some fun people with who I can play existing songs with, come up with new melodies and who would provide an extra push for me to practice more.
I do have an aspiration to play in a bar / pub, so developing a repertoire is one of my goals.
