Been in an indie-rock band for the past year, been good fun and experience. Played in a lot of venues in Bournemouth (Old Fire Station; Bear Cave; Anvil) and some further afield. They're in uni though and we have differing tastes in genres and ideas for writing music so I'd like to find others interested in starting something with me that we can all gel with.
I listen to every genre, find it hard to pick one. I sing in a chamber choir, performed a lot of solo pieces, generally in a classical/operatic style, and performed in the university's annual opera. I'm also I'm trying to write and perform my own pieces varying in genre - indie/folk, pop, alternative, EDM. I'd like to work with others to produce music in all the above genres.
I'm also very happy to work with people for covers for wedding performances etc! Especially some 80s classics!
