I have 3 bands on the go, MAINVEIN are a band of greatness. Basically Pete Church - Vocals excellent, Dave Munns - Drums - excellent - Franco Cornelli ( Ex Skunks - CRAZE ) Lead Guitars - Excellent- Graham Ward - Bass Guitar - Excellent - Gerry Lambe - Vocals, Backing Vocals, Guitars - Not bad !
Then we have the DIRTY BASS PUPS !! All 70's songs that we know and love and played by the above but with Hawkwind Drummer, and Joe Williams ( Clapham College Class Mates with Gerry and Franco ) on Lead Vocals and Lead- Rhythm Guitars ) great guy who actually looks and plays like Joe Strummer. Lastly Ridge Mount Road - band formed in a 3 bed terraced house in the the road in Coulsdon, South London. Gilly Barnes - fabulous Singer - Songwriter and probably one of the nicest and best musicians I have had the pleasure to play with, she plays keyboards and sings, Graham Watts on Bass Guitar - Andy Bellinger on Drums. I play acoustics and electric guitars on the tracks. Released a new single for the Royal national Life Boat InstituteJan 2016 - written by Gilly Barnes and selling very well. I ve had a chequered musical past. Left Clapham College Grammar School with Franco in 1977 to play at the Roxy and hooked up with Hugh Ashton Bass Guitar ( owner of MEKON Studios in Brixton Hill near the prison ) Robert Doran - Production ( later wrote commercials music for SHELL etc ), Pete Sturgeon on drums ( sadly passed in Dec 2014 )( others who drummed for us were JJ Johnson of THE SKIDS, WAYNE COUNTY and many others ) we built a great relationship with Wayne County and the New York Dolls US lot touring with them and others including UK Subs, Buzz cocks, XTC, Generation X, all through 77 to 1982, including Henry Padovani of THE POLICE and eventually got signed by THE WHO through EEL PIE RECORDS after them ( Oete Townsend, Keith Moon, Alex Harvey ) seeing us play at the VORTEX club Wardour Street in 1977.

EQUIPMENT

I play a fender 52 reissue through a fender Champ XD miked, 2 channels, plus a Yamaha SG 400 and a Martin and Patrick Acoustic which sounds divine! Especially on recordings.
