I'm a 23 year old composer/songwriter/musician from Liverpool. I studied Theater and Performance at the University of Leeds where I co-founded a successful theater company, The Hungry Bitches. I have written 3 musicals for the company, our latest hipster-inspired techno punk musical FACEHUNTERS was a 5* sell out success at the Edinburgh fringe festival. I focus upon giving the musical theatre a refreshing and exciting kick up the backside.
Primarily I am a songwriter, and love anything catchy with amazing hooks, where the melody and chord progressions work with each other in a way that makes me want to scream because its so god damn good. I think pop music is amazing. Some of it is a bit sh*t, but can we not enjoy that? I think Rock music is amazing too, and about every other genre.
I would love to work with anyone who's interested in making really good music, I don't like to bog myself down with one or two specific genres, because I love them all. Would love to work with anyone with a knowledge of recording or recording facilities. Would love to work with other songwriters and shop songs to labels. Making a band to gig, record and tour with is the dream really isn't it.
