ABOUT

Griefcatcher are four experienced musicians from across the North of Ireland based in Manchester. We make music for the love of playing.

While we're well versed in song writing and musical arrangements, our ambitious attempts at melodic vocals and harmony usually find their way back to heavy metal screaming. There's definitely a place for this in our work. But we are eager to hear a completely different approach to our lyrics and would love to hear how a talented lead vocalist would interpret them or add their own. Male vocalists welcome, but we'd prefer a female vocalist to better contrast existing efforts.

With a collection of commitments including busy work and family commitments, we're very relaxed on practice schedules. Thanks to our professional sound engineer/drummer we've some solid home recordings that we'd like help finishing with vocals to release.

Beyond that we hope to keep writing, recording and working towards playing live. Take a listen to our instrumental tracks and let us know if you're interested in working with us.
