Looking for a singer to complete a classic-rock band comprising five gentlemen of a certain age who certianly should know better. Influences are ZZ Top, AC/DC, Van Halen, Whitesnake, Pink Floyd, etc.
This is a new band, but the current roster is highly competent with no ego fuelled showoffs. We are starting with covers, but the covers we currently play will likely change to refect the vocal range of the chosen one, and we have original material that has been written over the last few years that just needs a willing tonsilist to complete. Similarly it would be great to find someone who wishes to engage with the process of creating original material.
This is primarily an "in it for the hell of it" deal so a good sense of humour with regard to both life and music is a must, but we wish to do a few gigs here and there and the odd studio session in the future.
Must be able to commit to one day per fortnight for rehearsal and maybe more often when buliding up to a gig/session/autopsy/curry.
