Hi,
We are an indie/alternative band with a strong sense of groove, and, (hopefully!), a degree of originality. We are currently looking for a singer/guitarist.
You would be more than welcome to join in with song-writing, and we'd be happy to try out some of your songs as well, of course,
We are reasonably accomplished musicians who have been in a band or two in the past, to varying degrees of success, (Peel Sessions, etc). We are, i guess, moderately committed, and it's fair to say that we wouldn't complain if opportunities came knocking. The initial plan is to do a few Gigs, go into the Studio and then take it from there.
We are very easy-going - and would hope that you are, too.
Musically, we aren't particularly into heavy metal or cover versions or blues standards, etc. We're more into the idea of doing something slightly more "alternative" and original and colourful and tuneful - and very guitarry!
Hopefully the "influences" will give you a little bit of an idea...
