Hmm.....Grade 8 Distinction (flute) many years ago. Onto the Royal College of Music. Don't hold it against me -I didn't stay long. Took up BASS. Tried to earn a living...
I've played in prog bands, punk bands, cover bands, rock bands, folk bands, blues bands, country bands, live bands, recording bands... I've been on the telly, in the theatre, in the studio, on tour -from Camden to Madison Sq Garden (not kiddin) and I'm still looking. I yearn.
I'm not rich so I can't afford to PAY to be in a band, but I am cheap to run. As long as you're open minded with a sense of humour and are good at what you do, I'd like to hear from you.
So I'm looking to meet, greet and play with anyone who wants to play with me...as long as I want to play with them. Gimme a shout! Life is short!

Influences
Oh alright...Bass players: particularly Phil Lesh, Rick Danko, Macca.
Music: All of it, one way or another.
EQUIPMENT
1) Guild Starfire semi-acoustic bass.
2) Aria "Top-o-the-range Steve Bailey" (NOT an influence, it's just a nice guitar)active 4-string bass.
Original SWR workingman's 12 combo (100 watts - small gigs) +
15" Trace Elliot extension cab (160 watts and a lot more air moved, for larger gigs). Small, but perfect for onstage monitoring with DI into PA if necessary.
