I'm fourty something and have been playing guitar since my teens. Currently playing guitar with Wolfman and the Laterals (Indie/country), was also active between 2000-2009 in Indie/rock band Miyamoto and a solo electronic/groove project Papamofoman.
I'm experienced in music technology and music theory and have a degree in Creative Music Technology.
I have mainly been making music by myself over the last few years and am looking for any collaborations - bands for live stuff, or studio projects.

Influences
Influences are wide. I was heavily into 80's Indie music and grunge in the 80's listening to John Peel and going to gigs in Sheffield. Alongside this I was listening a lot to Hendrix!
I got into Jazz/funk/fusion in the 90s as well as psychedelic rock e.g. Gong, Steve Hillage, Ozrics) and then massively into Frank Zappa.
I tend to like anything unusual, with a groove and nice sounding guitars. Streaming music is a goldmine!
