Alternative Melodic, Hooky, Energetic Rock. Hi-Fia Mafia are signed to Fizzy Record. Fizzy Records are a promotion and recording company specialising in showcasing emerging artists to the music industry. After writing and recording the album, we are now looking for other 'Mafia' members to complete the band, and in essence, take it live.

A bit about Danny...

Born and raised in Peterborough, Danny is all about music. He started playing piano at the tender age of 8 and developed his music skills through teaching himself Drums, Guitar, Bass and Computer Music.

Through the years Danny has played with several bands such as Civilian, Little Nikita, The Stubborn Allstains and Jack Brown and the Dead Man's Orchestra. It was after many years of touring and recording that Danny decided to set up shop on his own and began writing his first solo album, "Driving Music for Cyclists".

Danny has embarked on a new adventure, combining with Chris, a guitar player that he has known for what seems to be forever. The result.....Hi-Fi Mafia.

A bit about Chris...

Chris is currently studying Creative Music Technology in Cambridge, and has been writing mostly western influenced polyrhythmic, 8-bit, Metric Modulation, Ambient, Glitch, Electro, Industrial, and Guitar Driven based music. From this, he has applied this process within his guitar work, employing energy within his playing.

He has formed Hi-Fi Mafia with Danny, to begin a new journey of big, energetic music.

Chris and Dan are based in Peterborough and Cambridge, and are very committed to make this work, and if you are interested in what you hear, get in touch. We will predominately rehearsing in Cambridge, and if you are happy with where we are based, and feel that you can commit to this the Mafia project let us know. We are looking at bigger and better things....
