Hushup is an alternative rock band consisting of 4 very different individuals who somehow have found their own style in music. Inspired by bands like Alice in Chains, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Cure, Tool, Radiohead, The Smiths, Faith No More and Joy Division, there is no limit to the style or genre in which the band has been formed out of. The music is primarily influenced by the 90's Seattle grunge sound, the 80's new-wave and indie culture, as well as progressive, alternative and innovative elements that probably do not attach to any ordinary genre. The new and young quartet consists of drummer, to be announced, guitarist, Alexander Bach, bassist, Marty Rose, and singer, Kevin Soerensen.
