Band to Join.ABOUT
Based near Ambleside this summer, and seeking guitarist or similar for long term duo project to include many types of music, from celtic to classical, blues to jazz to whatever you like .... am seeking someone not necessarily the best, but someone as committed as I am to putting together and busking / gigging / recording a really good professional repetoire. Played a lot of Celtic stuff with a group for a few years but now perform, busk and record alone. A mandolin is a beautiful instrument but it needs a guitar to bring it out.

Influences
I listen to and play anything beautiful, from Bach and Vivaldi, to Simon Mayor and Chris Thile, from blues and jazz (ouch)to ragtime and .... Listening to a lot of early electric blues at the mo. Would like to get into playing a bit more of this sometime.
