Music is a part of my soul, Its great to be able to inhale it in and exhale it out. I enjoy singing, preferably R&B, Soul, etc. I do write my own lyrics, and like to play around with my words. Having a vision to my life and the life of others around me, its nice to be able to put this into words and turn that into an acoustic sound with meaning.
I have been to the studio before and enjoy being able to listen back and make changes if needed, etc. However, I haven't been in quite some time now, and I want to find someone, who plays an instrument, preferably a guitar, where we can create a sound quite acoustic with soul, aiming to create something beautiful.
I would be happy to try out a few things with other musicians, who sing R&B, Soul, Dubstep, etc, male or female.
I am so passionate about singing and music is sooo amazing, there are so many various types of music and its beautiful, to be able to hear that with instruments and the sounds of voices.

Influences
I have been influenced at a very young age by music. I would have to say firstly, my father, he is a musician, a reggae musician and I feel part of my blessing came from him, the roots of me.
I have grown up listening to, Aretha Franklin, Boys ii Men, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Mary J Blige, Lauryn Hill, Monica, Brandy, Al Green, Bob Marley, Usher, Christina Aguilera, SWV, TLC, Aaliyah, Destiny's child, Beyonce, Joe, Tyrese, Etta James, etc.
I love listening to artists such as, Erykah badu, her music has so much soul her words spoken, you feel the passion ntly. India Arie, amazing, Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild, Frank Ocean, Miguel, Soul is a big influence. Ellie Goulding, Sade, James Blake, Emile Sande, etc.
