Hi,
I am a bassist of about 15 years and I'm looking for musicians to form a band of sorts.
I say "of sorts" because I'm not looking for anything with the main focus and direction being gigging and touring, I've been in various bands in the past and have done the whole live thing but now I'm looking to persue a different direction.
I'm not saying absolutely no live gigs, never know when the situation may arise.
In essence I'm just looking for some like minded musicians to to write and create music and projects simply for the love of it and for the enjoyment of creating new things, to compear ideas chat about all things music over a pint. I don't mind covers but writing is the real goal.
I realise I've not seen many adds like this before for reason or not, but I can't be the only one who would like something like this. So it's one of those ''got nothing to loose by writing it'' kinda things.
I would have picked more genres like folk, electric and maybe other. but it only allowed 4. Odd mix I know, but there's lots that I like.
I am 33, living in Brandon, I have my own gear which I can transport with no issues.
