ABOUT

Hi I'm a guitar player who has been playing for a couple of years who is looking to find other people to play with. I mainly focus on playing rhythm and I'd say I'm decent if not mind blowing and I've started singing recently as well as playing harmonica.

In terms of style of music I love classic American music of all types such as classic country, blues, folk, bluesgrass, gospel and soul. I also love country rock and folk rock bands from the late sixties as well as classic rock and pop from the era (the Beatles, Dylan, the Byrds etc.)

I'd love to get a rootsy cosmic American music band going, maybe starting off just with acoustic instruments and then getting more elaborate as time goes on. I'd also like to have a group with multiple vocalists taking turns on the leads and providing harmony when not on the lead (think along the lines of "music from big pink").

I'd be up for playing originals off the bat provided everyone enjoys the song on offer but I'd want to do some covers as well. I do a bit of song writing as well and I'd happy to collaborate on songs if anyone was looking for some input.
