Hi! I'm the bass player of a pop/classical crossover band originally from south-east London called The 286. We play Beatles-inspired rock, marrying guitar riffs with beautiful violin and cello melodies. Original songs are our focus, with some covers thrown in.
We're always on the lookout for strings players who are keen to join us for our gigs in the capital and beyond. We play every few weeks and rehearse with a similar frequency. Please get in touch if that appeals to you. There's a chance to take some cash away from gigs, although the band isn't a significant income stream for any of us.
