I'm a 25 year old guitar player who first picked up the instrument at the age of 6. My first love being blues music but I also love playing Motown/soul and would relish in playing in a big band banging out Motown, blues and rock n roll classics. I listen to a huge range of music drawing influences from every direction and enjoy trying new things. I don't have much gigging experience but not afraid to get out there, but I have practiced with other musicians many many occasions over the years.

Influences
The list could be endless for me, but I draw influence from all the big names in blues. In particular, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, Derek Trucks, John Mayer, B B King, Albert King. The list goes on and on. But I listen to such a wide range of music from Fleet Foxes to ACDC, John Coltrane to De la soul, Stevie Wonder to Jimi Hendrix. I am simply a good music fan, if it's played with conviction, I'll like it. I adore the sound of a big band with brass section, backing singers etc banging out songs that make people feel good, and that is essentially the band I am looking for.
