I’m a mature and experienced bass player from Stockport.
I've played in bands for over forty years and have covered most genres but primarily blues/rock/americana, with the occasional touch of country.
I played with popular, local blues/rock bands The Best Band and Perfect Strangers, both having long term residency gigs on the local music scene throughout the 90's and beyond. I've also performed at various Blues festival gigs such as Burnley, Maryport, North Wales and Portsmouth. I had around 10 years out up to 2015 when Perfect Strangers reformed. Unfortunately the band recently folded following a difficult bereavement and a resignation.
I'm not ready to call it a day yet and would welcome the chance to play with a local, like minded gigging band.
