The Federal Bureau of Jazz
The Federal Bureau of Jazz are a guitar trio hailing from Bristol. Heavily steeped in the sounds of 60s crime film (Lalo Schifrin) they blend together surf guitar, funky bass and jazzy beats and steal what they can from the world of jazz. We are looking for a trumpet player to add to our own established sound. The ability to improvise is essential plus a commitment to a regular rehearsal. We have our own rehearsal space so no time is wasted setting up or cost involved but due to the size of the room a mute will come in handy. As well as our own tunes we throw in some jazz standards (see below)
