Hi I am a 40 year old bassist, currently looking for a band in the Reading area.
I am no virtuoso, but I can play interesting lines and hold a rhythm.
At the moment, I am more looking for a heavier project, but I am opened to any good music. I listen to a lot of different genres of music, so my style is a bit unusual. Quite percussive.
You can listen to my previous bands on Soundcloud, so you will see that the styles are rather different.
Looking to join a committed band, but I am not personally looking to become a rock star. I just want to play good music with fun people, play some gigs, and record stuff. If things happen, then great, if not, great too.

I have played in a number of bands, I have my own transport and gear. I travel for work, so my availability varies. Weekend rehearsals would be best, but I can arrange myself, and would get notice for travels anyway. I have never cancelled a gig because of my work if that is a worry of yours.
