Fledgling indie rock band 'Standing Waves' requires one of those most elusive creatures, a bassist. A great deal of ability is not essential but preferred, and the same can be said for a good voice for backing vocals.
What is essetial is reliability, commitment and a bit of determination - dont mistake us for an established band, some graft and creativity will be needed here, but itll be worth it.
About us - we are a drummer, lead guitar and rhythm guitar/vocalist. We have a few scratch tracks down that we wrote with our old bassist but sadly he is having to leave us. Recordings are available on request. We arent going to take over the world, but we do want to a get track list going, get gigging and record an EP in the foreseeable future, with an album to follow when we have enough material.
We are aged 22-25 (but you dont have to be), laid back, celebrate 4/20 and enjoy making music with like minded people. If you're interested let me know and we can sort out an audition/meeting.
