Hi, I have been playing drums for 8 years.
I was brought up in a Jazz loving , musical family , often jamming with my dad who played Bass in multiple bands.
I love to play but want to find other musicians to Jam with and gain more experience playing with others.
I would say my best skills are adaptability and I can play well by ear.
I love all kinds of music but especially Jazz, Funk , Soul , Blues and Hip Hop. I'm open to trying new things too.

Influences
My influences are wide and varied.
I grew up idolising drummers like Dennis Chambers, Peter Erskine and Billy Cobham. As well as bands and artists such as Tower of Power, Jimmy Smith, Jaco Pastorius ( weather report ) and many more.
My modern drumming influences include Yussef Dayes and i will try top learn any beat i enjoy listening to.
I've always been fascinated by experimental and pioneering musicians and styles, but, I also love a simple catchy groove. Sometimes less is more.

My Kit is set up for Funk and Hip Hop Mainly but I often tune is to fit different styles.
