ABOUT

Multi-generational band with members in their 20's through to 70's playing a broad mix of covers and a few of our own songs. The range of songs we cover reflects the variety of ages and diverse musical influences in the band - all the way from Dr Feelgood to Dr Dre. Most of the band sing (apart from the trumpet player who can only blow) providing a range of different vocal styles and harmonies.

All the band live in the leafy village of Preston near to Hitchin. We've been together for a while, practice on a Friday night before winding down with a few drinks in the local pub and tend to play 4 to 6 gigs a year. We play for the fun and friendship - no-one is looking to make a career out of music as we all have proper jobs. Most of us have been playing since our teens which for some of the band is a very long time ago indeed - some of us are classically trained and some are very enthusiastic amateurs.
