Have taken vocal lessons a few years back and just looking to possibly join a band through which I can explore my vocal range and capabilities and hopefully eventually write some music and perform together. I'm not a great musician, I know basics for guitar, bass and piano but am by no means very good at any. Can read and write music and believe myself to have a good musical ear as far as knowing what sounds gel well together.

Influences
I listen to a pretty wide range of music and so my vocal influences tend to be a mix of artists from various genres ranging from classic blues artists like Ray Charles and Stevie Ray Vaughan, classic rock vocalists such as Freddy Mercury, Robert Plant and David Gilmour, heavier tenor vocalists such as Myles Kennedy, Axl Rose and Brian May... looking to get into make music with a heavy influence but I tend to do rather melodic vocals... not great at vocal frying/screaming but it is something I am improving at.
