On the lookout for any musicians, who play any instruments and general composer/producers to collaborate on any soul based music (inc funky house) for recording projects.
My partner and I write songs (lyrics and melodies) and we both sing, but neither of us play an instrument although I have produced my own music in the past, I really want to work with musicians, rather than my laptop for collaboration!
I have very high end recording gear and I rate my song writing as good.
Just looking to find people to bounce around ideas and work on original material as well as the odd cover. My idea is mainly to collaborate remotely from our homes, someone does the drums at their home, someone adds a guitar riff etc etc, but meet up to jam once in a while too and possibly do the occasional gig if we feel so inclined. I have lots of songs written, but need collaborators to turn what I have into music and visa vera, if you have any music that requires lyrics and/or vocals, I'm up for that in any genre of music, although my preferred style is soul based music.

Influences
The usual, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway etc. Anything with some blues, soul, groove and funk!
EQUIPMENT
Lots of mic's including vintage classics (AKG D25's, Calrec's etc etc) and a Peluso 2247LE.
Urie 1178, ADR F760X-RS (Compex), Aphex 9901 EQ's, Buzz Audio MA2.2, Tore Seem vintage mic pre.
