Lead Singer & Songwriter, melodic soulful voice good range. I've had a lot of experience and been in many bands since 17 yrs old, have done my apprenticeship and worked in various bands, but now want to concentrate on the music I love...which is quite contemporary blues influences, maybe slight touch of jazz/soulful feel, but definitely with edge...maybe a touch of Celtic vibes. I also like some of the symphonic metal music...I enjoy the drama/intensity of it. Maybe a diverse rock band might contact me with a unique mix to try?
Definitely interested in working with 'like-minded musicians' on an original project and some well thought out covers...would be a great thing to do.
I also love some of the new music coming out now...the likes of Andrea Day...so looking forward to some interesting projects...but do not like Country of Bluegrass music (I'm needing to add this due to musicians who contacted me recently) it's just not my thing!

Influences
Have been mainly Funky Blues/Soulful Melodic Songs with edge, plus loads more. My hero's are Aretha Franklin/Annie Lennox/Annastacia/Etta James/Beverley Knight/ Mica Paris/ Andrea Day/ Led Zeppelin (as some of their songs are just the right sort of Blues) Eric Clapton & B.B.King/ Marvin Gaye//Billie Holiday/Jools Holland & Beverley Knight/Fleetwood Mac Heart/ Quarterflash....the list is endless...from Bowie...to symphonic metal (mainly because of the drama) Plus I love the new music that I'm hearing now, which I'd love to have a go at...artists like Andrea Day etc...we all influence each other in this world.

Mackie P.A.System, comprising of a CFX12.MK11 Mixer with EFX/4 Mackie Speakers,2 are used as monitors/1( Bass Bin) Power Amp Sennheiser Mic + Stands plus other bits & pieces
The equipment is too big to cart around...so looking to update what I have to a much easier but still as powerful with good sound.

Just one of the songs I wrote with one of the bands I was in & just a demo...by no means perfect...have lots of other lyrics/tunes...am looking for colaboraters...obviously this is now a fairly old recording, but it still has something and was an important stage in my life at the time...a happy & sad time.
