Violet and the Blackouts is a very new band based in Newent. We have female vocals, lead guitar, drums, keyboard and saxophone. We are looking for bass guitar, rhythm guitar and possibly more! We practice on Sunday evenings in Newent and hope to start gigging in the area very soon. We do covers of pop/rock/indie/folk/soul. We have a relaxed vibe and have fun jamming and mixing things up, but we are looking for members that can commit to at least weekly rehearsals and regular gigging.
