Hey, I’m Katie, aged 18 from Bradford, England and I’m looking to start my first ever band. I’ve actively been seeking for people on social media for the past 2 years and have found no luck unfortunately. I am willing to travel as far as Shipley & Halifax but anywhere closer would be great. I’ve been playing guitar for around 3 years (almost 4) and have plenty of experience with vocals. I have yet to play any gigs since this is my first band, but have covered several of my favourite songs on social media that have gained significant popularity. (_.katie.guitar._ on ig) I am still a college student at the moment so my schedule may be a little tight to work with. I’m free on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday unless told otherwise. I’m hoping to play gigs around Bradford once I’ve found the right people, and then possibly create our own material to share to the world. Preferably, individuals aged 16 - 20 with 2/3 years of experience would fit the role. I’m mainly looking for a lead guitarist, drummer and bass player to really get this thing going.
I've also been learning music production independently for over a year and have created a few instrumental tracks that I'd love to release as a band.

Influences
My influences mainly consist of alternative rock bands such as My Chemical Romance, Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead, Oasis, Blur and Destroy Boys. I’m also a huge grunge fan and love listening to Nirvana, Alice n Chains, Soundgarden and Silverchair. Punk, Pop-Punk and Emo Rock are also some genres that I’d love to contribute to my music. I’m also willing to discover new genres and contribute to new ideas.
