Hey there,
We are an alt rock band called Aura, based in Manchester, and we are looking for a skilled bassist to complete our four piece line up. Our myspace in www.myspace/aurabanduk, check out the songs and see if you would be interested.
Now a bit about us, we have been gigging for two and half years, playing everywhere from the Night and Day and Roadhouse to the Ritz and Academy 3, and have developed quite a large buzz about us around Manchester, we have recently landed a manager who radio DJs for North Manchester radio, and we have received airplay on the 7 o clock slot twice, and one on Rock Radio.
We have our own free practice studio in Middleton, just outside Manchester, and have a MASSIVE range of impressive gear. Main Manchester promoters V-Man and Designer Magazine have declared us one of the best unsigned talents in the city and want to help us as much as possible, that coupled with our new manager and his massive array of contacts in the industry, we are basically on the right tracks to get our break and making a career out of writing and playing music.
