Looking to get back into playing live in a cover / tribute band after moving and leaving my previous band. I’m used to playing a pretty varied set, with lots of different styles, but would always rather put my own spin on a song than try to replicate the original perfectly.
Mostly, I’m just looking to meet some like-minded people, and have some fun playing music again.

Influences
Grew up on late nineties alternative and early 2000’s Kerrang - lots of punk and metal, but now I listen to all sorts of music.
In terms of guitar playing, I couldn’t say what my biggest ‘influences’ have been - but when I feel like I absolutely have to learn a song, it’s usually because it has a great riff - bands like Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin, all the way to Mastodon and Every Time I Die - the list is too long!
I was also in a band playing originals many years ago. Very influenced by British alt-rock (Reuben, Hundred Reasons, Biffy Clyro, Hell Is For Heroes, Million Dead etc)
