Be nice to play with a giggling band. Open minded on stuff. Not really interested in 'blow your ears out and turn it up to 11', I want to hear what's going on.
Its nice to work with people who want to get things right, are interested in some good harmony vocals (yes even 3 part) and are prepared to work out arrangements, and not get to huffy about mutual criticism. It starts with a few people in a room with an acoustic guitar or keyboard. - get it right and then build from there. With good music - less is more - lots of light an shade

Influences
Oh, anything that will work in a live environment. Not hung up on particular artists. But some could be - Beatles, Eagles, CSN&Y James Taylor, Talking Heads, Crowded House, Elbow, , and anyone of a number of soul, country and soft rock stuff. Even well penned originals. No excluding anything really.
