ABOUT

I have been playing the guitar for many years now, mostly just for fun. I have played in bands and played live but I am mostly self taught. I play acoustic, electric and bass. I record ideas I have using garage band on my phone, I have the bones of a few tracks and just want to share some ideas with other people and see what you think. with the view to maybe jam/play gigs etc further down the line. I would like to do a mix of original material (no specific genre in mind but would like to make some stoner/sludge/groove rock) and covers.

Influences

Bands that have influenced me include, Jimi Hendrix, black sabbath, sound garden, Metallica, foo fighters, led zeppelin, pearl jam, Radiohead. Mostly rock but I am open to most types of music.

EQUIPMENT

I have many guitars, electric, acoustic and bass. I use either a Marshall or an orange amp, I am in the process of building a peddle board and occasionally use emulator apps on my phone (AmpliTube, garage band) I also have a mandolin, violin, piano and ukulele (if I can make the space I will be getting another electric drum kit)
