My new band is looking for a drummer and keyboardist.

We are currently three individuals (vocalist/guitarist, guitarist/keys, bassist) looking for two more members to join us.
We need a drummer/percussionist and a keys player/percussionist.
As a keyboardist, you would cover playing a mixture of piano, organ, strings, synth, mallets, depending on the song. You would share these duties with another member of the group depending on what is needed during the song at a particular time. As a percussionist, you would be playing some tambourine, egg shaker, claves - again, depending on what is needed during the song at a particular time.
Experience preferred but not essential - if you could sing some backing vocals too, that would be a bonus.
We are in our late twenties/early thirties and are one male, two female.
We have an EP recorded are in the process of recording more currently. Song writing duties are currently shared between two of us and we have plenty of material.
Looking for someone serious to join us to start rehearsing these songs with a view to begin gigging ASAP.
We are based in Hackney.
