SEEKING
Bass Guitar.ABOUT
I've been singing e and playing the guitar (electric and acoustic) for almost 15 years. I've played in several different bands of different styles.
I'm going through a very different musical period in my life right now. I grew up listening to rock music of all kinds, but right now I'm a little fed up of distorted guitars and heavy drums. I'm currently looking for musicians that would like to form a band more acoustic oriented, with nice melodies, harmonies, sounds and pads. I don't like tags but I think the best genre to describe what I want to start is 'Indie Folk'.

Influences
What I used to listen to when I was 16 (The Beatles for example) is different from what would listen in my 21's (Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin for example) and both are not what I'm listening to right now, so this whole thing of influences may be misleading.
But I can say what I'm mainly listening to at the moment: Lord Huron, Iron and Wine, Sigur Ros, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Joni Mitchell, Mumford & Sons, Joel Plaskett, Arcade Fire, Vampire Weekend.
