First things first, I am a bassist. Not a lead bassist. I prefer to be thumping out a good riff! That doesn't mean I can't do the fiddly twiddly bits, my main influences being Steve Harris (Maiden), Chris Wolstenholme (Muse) and Duff McKagan (GnR) who are all fairly well known as brilliant bassists. I'm into rockin' out mainly, can write and sing too. Just sick of guitarists that can't really play or drummers that can't keep time (my pet hate) which is all Chippenham has to offer at the mo!
I am willing to travel and have a car which, with the seats down can fit in a fair amout of gear. Can supply with tracks that I've written/played on on request, hopefully will upload soon.

Influences
Very much into the Alternative scene. Early Muse, Alter Bridge, The Mayfield Four are a few favourites. Also big fan of Gn'R, Hanoi Rocks, Velvet Revolver, Motorhead. That kinda sleazy rock n roll from the late 70's/80's. Also like a bit of metal, nothing too heavy: Metallica, Iron Maiden, Disturbed...
EQUIPMENT
Fender Aerodyne P-Bass. Love it, get all the tones I need from it.
Boss ME50B. Mainly for tuner, get nice Chorus effect from it though.
Peavy Stack. This thing is vintage. Never failed me but I am looking to replace it or rehouse the cab, it has a habit of falling apart!
