"Next step.. Glastonbury! Band mates needed.”
Liam Browne & The Love
I am looking for band members with the motivation and flexibility to develop and drive an already acknowledged project to huge international success. I need to be working with individuals who are truly success minded so that there are no boundaries to what we can accomplish.
This time next year I see us having a summer of festivals ahead of us, with our music getting regular radio play. We will be talking big and doing big.
Liam Browne and the Love's first album is almost finished, it features two tracks with Rowetta from the Happy Mondays and a number of huge singles. The first song I ever recorded was ntly picked up and played on BBC introducing and off the back of the first video I did for the track ‘Hitchin’ I received investment to make an album and another music video.
This album is also the soundtrack to a book that I have written and am looking to release at the same time (late June 2015).
The music ranges from upbeat Folk/Indie to Ska to Rock to R&B/Soul/Rap. Music that makes people dance! This first album is an experimentation but I would be willing to create a certain theme or sound for future releases.
Currently Liam Browne and The Love are Singer/Writer Liam (myself) and Producer/Musician James Fraser. I provide the lyrics and sing whilst James creates the music, playing lead guitar and loop’s bass, rhythm and drums and whatever other bits are on the track. We also have a couple of more electronic dance tunes that we play off a laptop with my voice and the guitar placed on top.
James has a lot of other commitments with his other bands The Milltown Brothers and Greenheart and that's why it is now time to create a new set up.
I am initially looking for a lead guitar/loop expert and a drummer. Ideally you will have a lot of previous experience in the music business with plenty of contacts as this is my first outing in the industry. It is important that the lead guitarist has the flexibility and drive to immediately start going out and playing acoustically, getting a name for ourselves around Manchester to begin with.
I want to find musicians I can work with creatively to help forge the future of the band and work with me to decide which direction it will go in.

You can get the digital EP online at http://player.zimbalam/player/3614592067630/6/black/0/0/0/en/.
The art work for the EP has been done by the amazing Mat Crump who is currently in display in the Saatchi Gallery and I am happy to say he will be working on the album, website and any subsequent releases. http://www.the5683.bigcartel.
The website is also currently being designed.
There are lots of things in place to make this a very successful project. It's at the stage where the music is ready to start gigging. As soon as we get out there, big things are going to start happening.
If this is a project you're interested in please get in touch!
Kind regards
Liam
