Experienced lead guitarist looking to start spoof/semi-serious 80s glam metal band in similar vein to Steel Panther.

Have a bandname, written original material and practise venue. Seeking likeminded musicians with a love for 80s metal and with a bit of showmanship.

Would be up for jamming covers until confident to start sharing written material.

I am currently a Lead Guitarist for Heavy Metal Six-piece Rule of Six based out of Lurgan.

Seeking my own classic heavy metal project with like minded individuals whilst remaining in my current band.

MyGoal would be to focus on popular metal/rock covers and gigging until confident to start playing original material.

Influences

My musical and visual influences are largely 80s heavy metal/ hair metal: Van Halen, Priest, Dokken, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Dio, scorps, steel panther, Maiden, Lizzy, Ozzy (you get it) etc etc

My guitar influences would be: primarily EVH, Rhodes, Adrian Smith and G. Moore. However, I have adopted some styles of Vai, Wylde, Jeff Beck, Vivian Campbell into my playing.

Tone similar to late 80s George lynch/ Vivian Campbell/EVH. Lots of gain, High treble, chorus and delay.
