Influences
Classic and progressive rock throughout 50s, 60s and 70s with Pink floyd, Led Zeppelin, Supertramp, Elton John, David Bowie being a few major influences. Also a fan of 80s, 90s rock including grunge and Brit-pop. Bands such as the smiths, Nirvana, Stone Roses, Oasis, Talking heads and James. In regards to modern music my taste is much more broadened from modern psychedelic and progressive rock such as Tame Impala to bedroom pop artists such as Mac Demarco. This includes all modern indie sub-genres such as shoegaze etc. I also have a few hip-hop influences such as Bakar and logic. Finally, many artists hard to categorise such as Yellow days, Feng Suave, Cosmo Pyke and many more obscure artists. An umbrella genre for all my influences would simply be Rock music and all that branches from it.
