I am an enthusiastic 53 year old drummer based in the NW of England. I enjoy playing most types of music but not classic rock or punk. I much prefer music with a groove where the band members are required to play with control and feel. I have my own transport and I can be relied upon to attend rehearsals. I have played in some well known Wigan based bands over the last 3/4 years and enjoy gigging. I am looking to play twice a month on average.

Influences
Lots of musical styles, but mainly Funk and Jazz. I listen to everything from Bill Bruford to Boz Scaggs. My favourite musicians are drummers Steve Gadd, Peter Erskine, Mike Clark, Larnell Lewis Adam Deitch, and a variety of other players such as Pat Metheny, Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, and Miles Davis.
