Looking for enthusiastic percussionist, sax or trombone to join a full band with horn section, looking to play mostly original tunes comprising various styles including funk, latin, reggae and Afrobeat with a bit of Jazz thrown in for good measure.
Influences SoulJazz Orchestra, Meters, Soulive, Fania All Stars, Brownout, Grant Green......
An interest in some improvisation would be desirable.
We're all local to Tunbridge Wells, rehearse and writing weekly, occasional local gigs but looking to get more bookings.
