I have been playing guitar intensely for about a year and a half now. I took a gap year last year and played a significant amount. I have also learnt guitar theory and am continuing to consolidate my skills. I write songs (including lyrics), however, I have never had any singing lessons. I can get by singing, and I have sent my friends audio of my voice and they said it isn't bad, so looking to work on that too. Looking for alt/indie players to join a band. I have a strat, telecaster, and an acoustic guitar. Looking for full band: drums, bass, etc. I'm still quite unaware of my aptitude as I only picked up music when I was 18. Never played in front of a crowd, so ideally i'm looking for other people who are just starting out too. I also have a 20v Orange Amp and a really cheap overdrive/distortion pedal.
I'm also in uni so will have to work around that.
