Hi, I’m Mel :) I’m 21 and I’ve been looking to get my confidence up for a while and join a band. My instrument of choice is electric guitar and I’m good at improvising. I’ve taught myself for years and I learn really fast. I’ve been taking piano lessons for a few months and I’m moving along quite fast.
I love soul music and reggae, absolutely in love with Pink Floyd as well and incredibly lucky to have seen David Gilmour live in September! Oh and The Specials earlier this year which was amazing.
It’d be great to find a group who I could just jam out with, especially to jazz since I have no other friends who play on any instruments.
I’d be open to doing gigs, however I have no experience in that and I’d have to get comfortable in a group first
